I think it is fine but might not be a good judge on appropriateness of Lego SW. My 4 year old has also seen episodes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7... he has a good understanding of fake vs real though, and kids interpret movies with a different filter than adults. I don't worry about it, because I saw the OT when I was under 5.

We did a birthday party with every kid receiving one of those "lightsabers" as they walked in the door. One of the more chaotic and enjoyable parties I attended.
