Wow, not the quality of the BluRay releases...but..it's the original film, very much remastered, and they did an awesome job! Probably the best pure quality 1 to 1 version of the original film (the one that was released in 1977 in theaters) that you will be able to find anywhere now or in the future, short of the studio doing a re-release. Still only stereo for audio, but visually, it's a delight to see the original film (with the original grain and all) show perfectly at 1080p on the home theater!

If someone happened to want to find this, what advice could I give him to point him in the right direction?

At this moment, there's a Star Wars movie in theaters, one in post-production, one that's filming, and another that's casting.

What is in post production? They're already complete with shooting rouge one?

Yep, it's done shooting. Has been for a few weeks now.

Could make for some great visuals in live action - the white vs red would look terrific on the big screen.
