So I read Williams is recording music for the teaser trailer this month. I'm thinking there's a very good chance we'll be seeing one in December, probably before The Hobbit.

Will be huge to see the teaser... seeing what the movie looks like will tell us a lot. I remember the Ep. I teaser just felt "off" to me (but I was still hyped and watched it over and over and over...).

So apparently the new title was already used by a fan film in 2006.

Man I didnt think this would happen, but I feel like a little kid again. I'm going to lose my **** if a teaser trailer comes out in a month.

Found this guy with a youtube channel that postulated we could get a super short teaser in December and the first full length one in April at celebration.

He says he thinks the December one will be just a few landscape shots and a voice over. John Williams gonna shoot the orchestra music on Nov. 15.

I'm kind of hoping they release it strictly in theaters before putting it online. It will be that much more exciting for fans to see it (somewhat) unexpectedly on the big screen. Would probably bring the house down.

I wouldn't call it official quite yet, but it sounds like the teaser is definitely imminent, as Making Star Wars is hearing multiple reports than John Williams recorded music for it yesterday...

If it doesn't hit with The Hobbit on December 17, I'd say with Disney's Into the Woods on Christmas Day is probably the best bet overall. Can't wait!

I didn't realize John Williams was 82!

Sounds about right. He's been around forever and looked old back when he was scoring Raiders of the Lost Ark.

His first work in the business was in 1956.

It's pretty much a universal problem of "where did the time go!?"

For anybody that grew up in the 80s... actors that played "teenagers" back then (like the Karate Kid cast) are early 50's... actors that were adults (like our Star Wars cast) are all a bunch of old farts in their 60's... friggin Han Solo is 72! And anybody that played a semi-old person back then... don't even bother with google, they are probably dead.

I'm still in my 30's... better cling to what's left of my prime I guess.

I'm older than Mark Hamill was when Star Wars came out.

Doesn't make me feel old right now, but it terrifies me that in what seems to have been a very short span to some of you older folks, I'll be Mark Hamill's current age.

I will go to multiple of those movies just to catch a glimpse of the Millennium Falcon.

so at worst, we're about 5 weeks from a star wars trailer.

As nerdy as it sounds, I'm not sure I'm ready for it yet!

Also, does anyone know how to hype more than JJ? Just think about the teasers he's put out. Star Trek. Cloverfield. Super 8. All of them have been memorable not because of what they showed, but what they didn't show.

The first ST teaser got me pumped and I HATED Star Trek.
