"A new rumor from Star Wars podcast Kessel Run Transmissions suggests that the Obi-Wan Kenobi limited series at Disney+ will feature Obi-Wan's former Clone Trooper division, the 212thwith Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith's Commander Cody making an appearance."


Another place says the reason there was no Mando trailer was because they wanted to put an extra scene in it - supposedly Asohka in a cantina fighting two bounty hunter / assassin types - purely for the trainer, so they filmed it 2 weeks ago and I guess hadn't put it in yet?

Sometimes I wonder about those kinds of decisions. Everyone is craving a Mandolorian trailer, and we don't care if it's just a shot of his helmet reflecting the stars, or something. We don't need Asohka in the trailer, it's enough to know she's in the show.

It'll be badass, I'm sure, but just save all the Asohka stuff for the show

Due in large part to an unforeseen pandemic. I don't understand what you want them to have done otherwise. We would have had The Falcon and the Winter Soldier by now, along with a slew of other live action content, had the virus not hit.

Yea, but both of my kids now have unlimited access to Jessie. The worst part is they didn't start watching it together, so they are at different points... meaning, Jessie is running simultaneously on two tvs in my house several nights per week.

Hamilton was a HUGE original release for Disney+.

But one thing is for sure, the backlog on Disney+ is second to none. I haven't compared it to HBO Max's, but I'm sure it's comparable. (As far as movies go, that is.)

So although they do need original programming, I wouldn't say it's as urgent as it is for HBO Max or Peacock.

Read my post above. We would have had The Falcon and the Winter Soldier by now. It was scheduled to come out in August. Loki would be done filming, and WandaVision would have likely been out this fall. No new Star Wars series would have aired, but the Casian Andor series would at least be filming by now, if not already have completed production as well.
