Maybe, but neither were thugs whatsoever at 17. And Tupac was way more feminine, until he realized he could stay in character as a rapper...and in some ways he proved "fake it til you make it" true. He became that character and got immersed in the gangster world.

Still, very few rappers are actually anything to be scared of. I honestly think a lot of them are on the DL. Talkin about bags and clothes and accessories lol. Can you imagine rock and roll or heavy metal artists bragging about their Louis Vuitton man purses and jewelry like so many of the so called "tough" rappers do?

yeah that whole rant lost credibility there. whether or not you like or respect 50 cent, he has a record going back to like 12 years old with drug dealing/firearms stuff iirc. it's hard to argue he wasn't in that life.
