This isn't true at all Brandon. Just ask Oveta to share her spreadsheet with you. I think she even has our real names, SS numbers and employers.

My biggest problem is the consistency and I know that can't ever be perfect. I play here and in other sandboxes, and I enjoy aspects of both. I remember reading, a long time ago, that you took away moderator/staff tags from people because posters wouldn't 'be themselves' when they saw a moderator on the thread. I think this was a mistake. Mods have to be held responsible for their actions as well. Random banning because of favortism is bull.... For example other BBS have a feature at the bottom on who is vewing the thread. If a mod is on, their name is bolded. Yes, I know I push the limits on some things, and I have been banned legitmently, but I have also been banned without any explination at all. Those are the most frustrating.

I think every user should be banned and required to write a justification why they should be allowed back on texags, including what value they add to the internet. I know I wouldn't make the cut.

Yeah, I think that list is the key now...doesn't matter "what" you do, per se...anything remotely close is bannable if you're on "The List"...other people do the same thing, with less frequency, and are clear.
