Did this many, many years ago on I35 North in Austin. I quickly found out that the 6th St (I think) exit ramp had a substantial, steeper drop than what I was expecting. Thankfully, I was already getting on the brakes.

Live in a smaller town and typically when the cops stop for lunch or the evening meal, they all stop. Kind of stupid to take everyone off patrol so they can eat all at the same time. At the Chinese food place, the parking is such that the vehicles face the restaurant, but at the other place they frequent, the parking is such that the sides of the cars face the restaurant. Generally 4 to 7 vehicles.

I have always wanted to slip between the cars and cut the valve stems, front and back, on each car so that each car has two flats. Then call in some sort of fake alarm then sit and watch them run out, get in their cars, then figure out they have two flats to deal with.

Of course, I can't do that as I would be in serious trouble if I got caught, but I can dream!
