This is my philosophy as well.

My truck is all stock, but my gf is like 5'4" with short legs and has to climb in. We go to formal events 3-4 times a year as well as special dates. So I open the door for her and bought a step stool and I get that out for her so she can get in a little easier. Sometimes I'll "lift" her into the truck if it's an especially tight dress. Lol. It's not an everyday thing…just special occasions.

And yes, those brief moments of opening the door are my opportunity to put her up against the truck and kiss her, look down her dress, slide my hand up her thigh, or just tell her how great she looks.
