I used to work with a guy that had a Braums' job in high school. The soft serve machine is never cleaned. Ever. And that is the policy.

I miss Braums. Only for the homeade cherry limeade. It is a tradition when I go back home to go to the sticky Braums and pick up a gallon of milk and whatnot for the parents and get a large Cherry Limeade. My parents actually shop their little market quite a bit.

Lots of them up in North East Texas have them. The one in Farmersville had their lunch buffet up until a few years ago when a car ran through the dining area and they had to remodel.
When I say buffet, I mean more of a Lubys style, not an all you can eat buffet.
