Bazaar Meat - SLS Las Vegas
Bone-In Wagyu / Black Angus Ribeye 3lb (split with the wife)
Medium Rare
One of the best since it was cooked to a perfect medium rare and you could almost cut it with a fork.

Definitely got the meat sweats after that meal

Really good food.
I spent a couple months in Rio. It's amazing how much meat they consume. They just keep serving until you flip the little colored cube over.
