Tabasco peppered American skirtsteak wagyu, 10oz. medium rare from Heritage steakhouse in the Mirage LV. Not just the steak, but I got the grilled shrimp add-on, Caesar salad (w/anchovies) and cheesy risotto side. Combine that with 3 Blanton's old fashioneds, and it's pretty much the best meal I think I've ever had.
Close second is at the Saltlik in Calgary, had dry aged ribeye, cooked m-r, with ahi tuna tartare appetizer. Also with about 3 old fashioneds.
Also convinced my mormon coworker to have a drink, which turned into about 3 scotches for him across the street at the James Joyce pub.
I can second that. I also had an Akaushi prime filet there that was incredible, mind blowing really. Other worth mentioning is wagyu filet topped with blue cheese medium rare at Chicago Chop House; a truly perfect steak every time.FIDO*98* said:

I can't remember after so many over cooked, boot tough steaks!Fonzie Scheme said:
What was the name and location of the restaurant?
What cut was it?
What temp did you order it?
What made it the best?
I'll go ahead answer for some of you mouthbreathers that it was a well-done sirloin at Outback and covered in ketchup.
