May or may not do any good but you may not have been the only one. Give them your approximate location
Exactly. Even if you have no clue, report it with approximate location. The rock thrower here in Austin ended up getting caught after lots of people reported it.
Just called and reported it. In hindsight, should have pulled over and called it in yesterday.... figured it was a rock or something though
