and it's always staffed correctly. Registers all being used with extra people walking around filling drinks. Keeps me coming back.
I can't stand understaffing at places like fast food or grocery stores. At most, that's 8 bucks an HOUR for a person, which can be broken down to about 1 customer's meal to cover the cost.
I hate going to Kroger and even target because they have more closed registers than open one's and always have lines... so they just lost ~$100 to save 8 bucks. and I know I'm not the only one.
