WTF was the Taco Cabana knockoff that eventually turned into Fitzwilly's? Two Pesos? They constantly had BOGO coupons in The Batt. Big ass thing of fajita nachos was like $5, roommate and suitemates took turns buying the suite dinner for $10.

when raising canes opened, they put a free box combo coupon in all the coupon books at loupots. My room mates and I collected almost an entire case of those books. We ate Canes nearly every meal for an entire semester

And another bit of trivia. After Flying Tomato closed, which was a favorite of mine and group of friends, I never stepped foot in it when it became Fitzwilly's... just seemed like a redneck joint.

Luby's $4.75 all you can eat buffet with student ID.
Sbisa for the late breakfast taco bar and a waffle. Study a bit and then get lunch. Also load your backpack up with Froot Loops.

Although later on I knew everyone that worked at the NG Double Daves so sometimes I'd just go by right after the lunch buffet ended and they'd give me all the leftover pizza and rolls.

Now way Cowboys Choice cost $8 unless you were tipping heavily. It was the greatest thing that ever existed and humanity is worse off without it.
