Unsolicited advice, feel free to disregard: You should rip those dvds and store them on your computer, and install Plex so you can stream them to any computer or phone. Plex is quite awesome, the only part thats a bit tricky is allowing an exception in your home router (that the PC the media is stored on is connected to) to let Plex stream movies/tv shows/music outside your network (and to your phone or computer, wherever you are).
