If I'm Nill, I'm calling Ottawa and making them say no to Robertson + pick(s) for Brady Tkachuk if he's truly on the block. After seeing Wyatt play with Benn, I think they'd be a really good long term pair. I like Robo but no matter what he does moving forward I'm not committing 10+M a year to him based off of playoff performance. If Tkachuck is a no, see if you can swap him for Rasmus Andersson from Calgary. That's a power play QB (Miro is not).

If we are shopping for rentals, I would be very, very interested in either Granlund from SJS or Boeser if Vancouver continues to be on the outside of the picture and wants to sell.

Maybe a different voice would help, but I would think that Spot is simply running Deboer's system exactly how he wants it.

This team desperately needs a forward who can put the puck in the net and take the pressure off of Robertson on the power play.

Harley needs more time on the first power play. Miro just isn't good enough offensively.

The Stars seem to be a collection of good, but not great players. Keeps you in the running, but makes it hard to win the cup.

Next year can be our year if we add the right pieces. We will have a lot more money this off season. Our hands were tied this off season with aging contracts and Otter.

I think we're still a very good team, but we are now considerably younger team that is leaning on those young guys. I also think our lack of addressing finding Miro a real partner continues to plague us.

We lost our two best tippers in Paveskli and Seguin. I agree with flipping Harley and Miro.

Our power play was also a problem in the playoffs. We need something new.

I for one am glad Dumba is healthy and back in the lineup tonight so we are forced to send Bichsel down to the AHL for cap space. Brilliant signing by our two-time GM of the Year winner!
