Disappointing loss last night. Was not Otter's night and we had some egregious turnovers that led directly to goals, however, the thing that struck me was that we are becoming more and more beat up by the game. We were down Harley and Lundqvist because of illness, Dumba and Seguin because of injuries, then Marchment getting banged up, Bourque getting his bell rung, etc. etc. etc. I don't know how much more of this we can take while we only have one line doing anything at the moment.
I'll add this as well; the PP has got to get fixed one way or another. I understand that goal scoring in the NHL is as hard as it's ever been and that there's absolutely zero space on the ice anymore, but good lord the PP is bad. My personal opinion, but I don't think Miro is the best guy to run a PP, and that has a lot to do with it. Harley has a lot more natural offensive ability, wiggle and creativity, so I would give him the reins as the PP QB, so to speak.
