I find the best trick is clicking on the individual matchups rather than refreshing. You will still see the other matchups on the right side, at least on desktop, not sure for mobile.

I click into each match to get an update. Also, the pkaysight link is on a previous page to watch the live feeds and the scores are shown in th feed.
