It's because they haven't in competition. Coleman and Kerley have numerous times successfully. And Fred and Kenny have made the second pass right plenty of times.

Kenny went early. It has to be all in their heads knowing the men's 4x100 in the Olympics has failed. Psyching themselves out, players and coaching.
I just don't get it you have 3/4 of the regular team out there, and those three are in order 1-2-3.... just change the anchor!
