Kenny Bednarek should be the 3rd leg! If Kerley keeps struggling with handoffs you could put Lindsey in his place, otherwise it's Coleman Kerley Bednarek and Lyleswangus12 said:
Yeah just watch the women. Gabby left way early on their exchange.
Also interested to see how they move things around for the final in the men. Who does Noah Lyles presumably come in for? Lindsey smoked everyone in the anchor which is typically Lyle's spot. Do you bump King and move Lindsey back into 3rd.
This number keeps going up. I've heard $500k/day and $1M/day.taylorswift13_ said:

I understand that the hand-off is important, but almost every top HS in Texas looks better than the USA. Is it just arrogance? Lack of focus? Lack of practice? You literally only have one job in a relay, assuming that you already know how to run fast. Pay attention and hand off a stick. Dogs do it just fine.Pahdz said:
Christian and Fred need to clean that handoff up, looked like Fred was asleep and didn't get away.
Gabby and TT almost blew it that was scary.
I know, but I've also seen Texas A&M screw it up a lot. The leaving early part and almost getting out of the zone is even more frustrating than dropping it. Anybody can fumble something tragically. I'm surprised you don't see more runners knock it out of their hands with their thighs. But leaving early? JUST PAY ATTENTION.Pahdz said:
I know you are a knowledgeable running guy but HS relay teams are together for months as opposed to the couple weeks these guys get at "relay camp."
Mistakes happen, but if they want to win they gotta clean it up a bit. The second and third exchange was fine.

No doubt it's super frustrating.
Watch Japan in the zones they're incredible with passes.
I don't have a strong opinion, but my wife was turned off how he ripped his name bib off and held it up following his win in the 100. Said "does he forget he is representing his country?"Pahdz said:
That's a tad harsh. These guys care about the relay man.
I took that as all showPahdz said:
Noah wearing a mask...get ready for sickness excuses if he loses. Sucks if he's not 100% though
From the first workout you ever do until the day they put you in the ground, you always run for you first. 99.9% of all runners at every level suffer in obscurity, doing one of the most difficult things possible for nothing more than their own satisfaction. One does not run to win; I tell my kids (one runs in college) that if you like winning, you picked a terrible sport. The only reward is tougher competition. If you become your best you and celebrate that, it always makes your team better. Lyles may not celebrate like I or you would, but we all know he is proud of himself AND the flag. Let's go!!JDUB08AG said:I don't have a strong opinion, but my wife was turned off how he ripped his name bib off and held it up following his win in the 100. I know these guys work their assess off and they want to win, but it can rub off negatively on the casual viewer and doesn't help with the narrative that they are all in it for themselves.
