I decided to calculate the distance he won by.....
27.5 mph (a little less than Usain Bolt's top speed) would be
40.33 feet per second
so for .005 seconds difference that is .2 feet or 2.4 inches roughly
probably 2 inches actually if he was faster than that
But even with that reaction time and everything his first 60m was .01 off his PB.
