So many exciting races and competitions this weekend! Bamidele, Hanson, Etiwe season debut in the 400, the men's DMR with Jacques, Zamzow, Cawthra, and Casarez, Bryce Foster's debut, the loaded high jump field, Goggans and Perteete-Wilson's 600 debut, Owens, Wise, Badal in the 200, Young and Richardson in the 400, Goddard in the mile... It's gonna be a FUN weekend full of PR's
Still no sign of Mpoke, James Smith and Jania Martin. Hope it is just COVID protocols and not injury.
Not sure about Smith or Martin, but I heard Mpoke is dealing with a minor injury, and should be back very soon! I think it's more precautionary than anything! And I hope Jania Martin is okay she looked great running in December, I wanna see her in a 200! Maybe they're taking it slow on Smith after his injury outdoors! We desperately need him healthy till June!
Mpoke could be a huge part of the DMR. I think we should have Clay, Mpoke, or Norris run on a DMR in case they don't have a top 16 mark in the 800! We can do some damage there! We have depth on the women's side, but maybe we'll run one later!
Heather Abadie is starting the pole vault and will open up at 13'0
Abadie over 13'0.25 and 13'6.25 on her first attempts! Next height is 13'10

Great effort from Abadie, a two inch PR and tied for 15th in the nation at 13'10, a 13'11 or 14 will come soon!
Pentathlon's aren't fun anymore without Tyra
She has improved every week. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.
A little break in action till 5 where Deshae Wise, Kaylah Robinson, and Kennedy Smith go over the hurdles and Deborah Acquah and Zhane Smith in the long jump a little after 5 cause they're in the second flight
It's going to be fun! Can't wait to head to College Starion during conference next month and hopefully watch her go over 14! The school records are on life support!

Avi'tal Wilson-Perteete and Bailey Goggans will make their Aggie debuts now
Goggans wins leading from the bell, Wilson-Perteete finishes right behind her! 1:31.04, and 1:31.46
21'5 for Acquah to lead the first 3 rounds
B Miller cruises to an easy win in the 600
21'7.5 from Acquah moves her into 2nd in the nation
Our Men's DMR runs the same time as two weeks ago, with a 6 second slower 1200! If we leave Cawthra there at the 1200 and use one of our top 400/800 guys and Hoffpauir in the mile we could qualify...
Robinson 8.26 and Wise 8.27 go 1-2 in their semi, PR for Wise
Big PR for Ryan Martin in the 60 of 6.73 and he advances to the 60 finals as well as Sydnee Stewart with a PR in the 60 at 7.48! Our sprints are looking great!
