I am happy with the progress with the sprinters. We have been struggling for some years.
Zhane Smith 7.29 and Sydnee Stewart 7.42 is a step in the right direction. Rachel Hall was a bit disappointing but I think she can run faster.
On the men side 6.73 by Ryan Martin is a good time. He has to continue to improve to make NCAA. Probably a 6.63 seconds or faster might be required to make NCAA. Emmanuel Yeboah needs to be more consistent. He started the season with a 6.76 in the 60m and then drop to 6.90 seconds. I really hope he could get back to his 6.58 seconds form.
I also don't know what the issue with Lance Broome but he is supposed to be a possible NCAA qualifier.

Let's see how the 200m goes with Laila Owens and Taejha Badal.

Cooper Cawthra continue to run well with a 1.51 800m split on the distance medley relay. I really thought they could have run faster. I think they have to run about 9.36 or under to potentially make NCAA.
We have enough 400m and 800m runners on both sides to enhance our distance medley chances this year. Let see how it goes.

I was curious to see how losing Coach Hon would impact the sprints, but based on early returns the sprinters are looking well and improvements are being made! Let's see if PR's keep coming! Props to Kurt Henry!

I'm excited for Bryce Fosters debut today! Jordan Geist is the class of the field and should be over 65 feet. Gabe Oladipo is also a strong competitor, but hasn't crossed 60 indoors! Dijmon Gumbs has gone over 60 as well, but it was a huge PR for him. I'm curious to see how Bryce's training has gone indoors and with the 16 ball! Today could be a huge day, but more importantly it's great he's finally getting a chance to throw! Can't wait!

Lamara Distin gets her hips up to what looked like 6'6 but the feet knock the bar off! She'll finish in 2nd with a 6'0 clearance

I'm not to sure, it was a large field but it seemed like a standard run, I'm switching between the Millrose Games and the track meet lol

Absolutely that would be amazing! I just assumed Hanson and Miller qualify individually and run that and the 4x400! But we should definitely run that group to qualify! I always hope, but Pat Henry must not enjoy the DMR lol
