I agree. I will go with Tierra Robinson Jones, Syaira Richardson, Laila Owens and Charokee Young with both Jania Martin and Kennedy Wade as alternatives. I really don't know Jania Martin status but she looked good in December. That 52.01 split by Laila Owen sealed the deal for me especially without much competition.
If Laila can start a little faster in the 200m she certainly gong under 23 seconds

100% in agreement. I think you see a 51 split out of Owens this year too. I think 3:25 is in the cards outside.

Also if Mpoke and Smith are healthy... who do you have on the men's 4x400, I'd go Moitalel Mpoke, Emmanuel Bamidele, Chevannie Hanson, Brandon Miller

I feel by outdoors our men's relay will be scary! Bamidele is tall so outdoors is to their advantage I believe Hanson has only ran indoors a few times if it all. Bamidele will be more acclimated and rested from his injury and Mpoke if stronger could go under 45! So a 3:01/3:02 is doable! The girls outdoors I expect Young sub 50, TRJ, Syaira, and Jaevin can all be under 51! It's going to be a fun relay! Let's just hope we can stay healthy!

As for the indoors, we really need to get some more top marks! 3/4 of our quarter milers, drop Kaylah Robinson's time, have Abadie over 14, solidify a spot for Laila, get Goggans and/or Perteete in a fast 800 race, and maybe one day try a DMR

Bamidele is very tall but Hanson is not. Etiwe is also pretty tall.

I think it's between Etiwe, Mpoke & Smith for the fourth spot.
