Annie had 5049 points at the Trials after 5 events, so she is 230 points behind that pace. She only threw the javelin 1 time in Eugene and called it a day. The javelin has always been her weakest event which should mean that is where she can improve the most. Her Group will throw first in the javelin. Another competitor dropped out in the LJ so there are 20 left. They won't throw until after the decathlon discus.

Yeah, every 400/800 race of hers I have ever seen looks so effortless. I feel like she hasn't quite figured out how to push herself to her limit in a race. I want her in races with people that could really push her because I think she has the 800 WR, and would be interested to watch her work towards the 400 WR.
