Agree. Even with this hokey suspension, every Russian swimmer that medaled seems suspect to me.

And no question that China is always cheating. Those ****ers don't give 2 squats about fair play or human life. I think we'd be shocked at what Is going on behind the scenes, including stuff that involves children to create olympians.

Its a lot easier to get caught (like individuals and clubs have done) when its not state sponsored doping like in Russia and China.

US probably has the most rigorous administration of testing in the world. There will be cheaters in the US as long as there is money there, but let me know when the government helps cheat.
