This was the equivalent of sitting your starting pitcher in baseball - she was no longer performing well and so they sat her for someone else.

I have trouble buying this when 2 days ago she was the highest scoring individual in qualifying and the "better than I was going to be today" option was outside the top 24. 2 flippin days ago
