Another measuring stick game... and the Stars come up short again.
Starting to get a little concerned about Bishop. He doesn't seem to be what he was last year. Over the last 5 games he's had:

Luckily we have Dobby, but Bishop needs to get it together down this stretch run.

Just realized the stars have not been on a PP the last 2 games against the blues. Hard to win against that disadvantage

The Stars had plenty of power plays in that disastrous 5-1 game. They just didn't do anything with them.
It has been crazy how there have been few power play chances for the Stars recently.

Our play style doesn't lend itself to a high number of power play opportunities
We're bottom 10 in the league on PP opportunities and the Blues are top 10 in opponent PP chances

Bishop dealing with some lower body issues, so this is to serve as backup to Dobby until things get right. Not expected to be long.

Bad turnover (or inability to clear) by Johns in his own end. If this team isn't going to score more, they can't have giveaways like that.
