Bishop was pretty terrible tonight. He's THE reason they lost that game. He looked so disengaged.

Edit to add that not scoring in the 5 on 3 sucked. Rinne was really good.

Bishop had a bad night, but you can't expect to win only scoring two goals. The power play is killing us. That 5 on 3 was pathetic.

Yeah, I'm less drunk than I was last night. I agree with Bishop.
Although if he missed a game I wouldn't expect as huge a decrease in goalie performance as most other teams would in the NHL.

When you have a 5 on 3 advantage for 90 seconds, you have to generate a goal. There are no excuses for the dog crap power play right now. It was a sorry night for Bishop but he'll bounce back.

For lack of a better description, I'm starting to see the cousin of BAS among Stars fans (Battered Stars Syndrome?). When Nashville scored the third goal, that pretty much killed the crowd last night. Haven't felt that way since the days both Ole Miss and Miss State used to kick our teeth in the post Johnny years. That was a very somber ride back to the burbs on the DART rail last night.

Penguins and lightning are indeed both eliminated...... already.


I'm not trying to be paranoid or crazy, but I think the predators will win 4 in a row if the stars don't win tomorrow. They gotta get it done. Anything less than at least a 6 game series would be a massive disappointment after the game 1 win.
