Meh, we heard that about tiger too, and tiger played his absolute best at 24. I think the old prime of his career stuff doesn't maybe mean what it did 20 years ago. Young guys are just too good today.

It's golf. Physical mistakes will happen. What separates many of these guys is the ability to purge and recover from one, and he showed throughout the tournament that he is probably the best on Tour at that right now. His mental game is incredible.

When I played the Old Course (unapologetic humblebrag) my second shot on the road hole ended up about where Day was. Talk about a terrifying shot. I also elected to go with the putter. Let's just say that I played it a little more conservatively than Day did. Gave the road hole bunker a very wide berth. Took my bogey and was thrilled with it.
