I had 2x'd at my sell point so I'm not complaining…but FOMO is hitting.
At the end of the day as well a form 8-12b was posted. Looks like they really might follow the same trajectory as SIgma with a jump to Nasdaq post reverse split.

one positive to the reverse split is google tracks it much better... it previously couldnt show anything beyond 5 days

Looks like it's part of their up-listing to NASDAQ.
Sold mine on the initial pop from the reverse split. If it drops hard like I expect, then I may buy back in.
Only reason I saw this is because I had a $38 fee hit me from Etrade on this stock and I was massively confused what that was about. And there are no news articles or press releases in Etrade about it tied to the stock.Hudson2508 said:

after passively following this company for over a year now its amazing they were able to make it to nasdaq.. they dont produce money... everything i have seen suggests its just a company that owns some land in brazil... nothing more... i dont think ive seen them generate any income.

They just inked a partnership with Mitsui to build a processing plant that will process 150,000 tons of lithium ore a year. At current prices, that's 1 billion dollars in revenue a year. Long way to go but Mitsui is giving them 65 million to complete the plant. That's more than ATLX's current market cap.
