I never considered the hero dying. However, we have had ample shots of Raylans headstone. Additionally, I really don't see Wynona coming back to Harland and don't anticipate resolution without Raylan being w his child.

I just don't see Raylan getting taken out by anybody. I do see him not being a Marshall and being back in Harlan though.

I think Boyd and Ava are dead (Ava probably by Boyd) . Raylan not a marshall and NOT living in Harlan but with Winona as a husband/father.

They are really wrapping everything up nice and tight. I don't have any predictions because it can go many different ways.

The Mike, Duffy, Catherine thing was pretty awesome. Mikey's change of heart was kind of surprising.

Predictions for tonight...

1) Either Wynn Duffy or Avery Markem die tonight.
2) Ava gets caught but the money is not yet found/recovered.
3) Marem's gunfighter dies


Boyd and Raylon are all that's left to tie up in the final episode with the catch that everyone thinks Raylon has the money so he's being hunted as well.

Where there is Wynn Duffy, there is a way.

Last night we saw Tom get to the hospital so we assume he lives. We also saw Wynn discussing his exit strategy so we also assume he's done.

What else am I forgetting?

We'll have Boyd chasing down Ava, with Raylan going after both. We'll have the marshalls chasing all of them down. We'll have Loretta and Marcum somehow be resolved. Previews showed Boone and Raylan in a standoff, so we assume that's how that will play out.

Where is the money by the way? It's up in the mountain hidden, and only Zachariah and Ava know where, correct? Through all this, I kinda lost track of those huge duffel bags.

Ava had some of it in her backpack, but not all of it. The rest is presumably up at the cabin, but they never said that for sure.

I'm guessing it's in that shallow grave with Grubes.
