Texas A&M softball capitalized off a handful of mistakes by the Wildcats to waltz to their first series win of the year. Makinzy Herzog picked up her sixth victory of the year in the circle with six strikeouts and more than enough run support from the Aggie offense.

A hot-hitting fourth inning was more than enough to put Friday night's series opener against Abilene Christian out of reach in dominating fashion. All 12 Aggies that appeared scored at least once with three players driving in a home run each.
