The Aggies fought valiantly but fell to the Tar Heels in the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament, 1-0. This was Texas A&M'ss first Elite Eight since 2017, and the Ags will have a chance to redeem themselves for this loss in the fall after losing just one graduating senior.

Aggies defeat Oklahoma State on penalty kicks to advance to Elite Eight

Regulation and two overtime periods were not enough as Texas A&M needed penalty kicks to advance to the Elite Eight, surviving a scare from Oklahoma State. Tied 3-3 after 110 minutes of play, the Aggies prevailed 4-3 in the shootout.
