David Nuño: Weston Moss, Chris Hacapion and Lucciana Perez

  • Weston Moss had a no-no going for a while. He had 6.1 innings, one hit, one run, six strikeouts on 76 pitches.

  • Chris Hacopian was huge, and he’s been injured. I also thought Gavin Grahovac deserved a lot of the props. Caden Sorrell, defensively too.

  • Lucciana Perez, on the women’s tennis team, dominated like she normally does. 25-0 on the season, a perfect record and ranked No. 1 nationally.

Olin Buchanan: Weston Moss, Bear Harrison and Camryn Dickson

  • Moss was awesome. He was phenomenal.

  • I also thought Gavin Lyons was very good for how they used him. And, of course, Hacopian and Sorrell.

  • You know who’s been hitting the ball like crazy, and it’s easy to overlook him? Bear Harrison. His batting average is up around .300 now. He’s hitting .293. He was getting on base, but the batting average was way down. I mean, he’s been playing great.

  • Didn’t Camryn Dickson run the fastest 200m time over the weekend? I appreciate people who can run fast.
