From Old Dominion to Aggieland.
Wide receiver Javon Harvey has announced his intentions to continue his collegiate career at Texas A&M today after going into the transfer portal in late November.

The 6-foot, 180-pound Norfolk, Virginia native comes to College Station after a three-year stint with the Monarchs. He's also the second transfer addition this offseason for the Aggies and a player that Mike Elko identified and offered very shortly after he announced his intentions to leave ODU.
From 2021-2023, Harvey hauled in 70 passes for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns. He also registered 20 total tackles as a defender during that time.
His sophomore season was his best to date. That year, he caught 30 passes for 558 yards and four scores.
I had a coach with ties to the area tell me: "Harvey had a solid career at ODU, but I think there's a lot more in the tank. The kid has a chance to be a really good player."
I'm sure Mike Elko and his staff are hoping he reaches that ceiling while wearing Maroon & White.
