Press Conference: Aggie softball to host South Carolina this weekend

Texas A&M softball will play their first home SEC series of the season as the Aggies host No. 23 South Carolina at Davis Diamond. Ahead of the three-game set, Jo Evans spoke to the media to preview the matchup with the Gamecocks.

The bomb that Haley Lee hit in the first inning did not seem to go as high as Ackerman's a few weeks ago, but it seemed to go a little a little farther.

SC took the lead in the 4th but the Aggies got the last 4 runs. Lee with 4 RBIs and Morgan Smith with 2. Uribe faced 14 batters in relief and got 8 ground outs. We had 2 errors and only 1 run was earned by our pitchers.
