Rough night on the mound causes Aggies to suffer midweek loss to Incarnate Word, 6-5

A poor night on the mound at Olsen Field led to an Aggie loss against Incarnate Word, 6-5. The Aggie offense struggled as well, combining to have just 8 hits – only two for extra bases.

Starting on the hill for Texas A&M was freshman Chris Weber. The southpaw struggled to find command of his pitches out of the gates, walking the first batter he faced and then giving up a single.

I'm sorry, I must be reading this wrong.

Our baseball team just lost to Incarnate Word? At home?

Anyone else we should be worried about? Do we play the IBM managers after work team anytime soon?

That's worse than losing to Texas southern in basketball at home. That's a hickey you can't get rid of.

I can't fathom blaming the pitchers for this one. Hitting is still the biggest issue.
