Joel is a junior from Longview, Texas. He started working with TexAgs in the fall of 2018 as an intern and a publisher. Joel is studying Psychology and hopes to one day pursue his masters in Physician Assistant studies. He has worked in the past as a high school baseball umpire, a pharmacy technician, and a physical therapy aide. A lifelong sports fan, he can often be found in distress over failures and letdowns from Dallas’ four major sports teams.

A walk-off grand slam on a 3-2, two out pitch kept the Aggies' season alive as they advance in the Morgantown Regional after defeating West Virginia. Texas A&M will now turn their eyes back to Duke and must defeat the Blue Devils twice to win the Regional.
