WATCH: Texas A&M introduces Running Backs coach Jay Graham

As was pointed out earlier today, Texas A&M has fired up the PR machine to begin officially introducing Jimbo Fisher's coaching staff one by one. First was Offensive Coordinator Darrell Dickey and up next is runnning backs coach Jay Graham, who was with Fisher at Florida State before heading to Aggieland.

As you know, there's a specific procedure that A&M has developed for welcoming the new assistants. First comes an in-depth bio along with a classy pic, followed a more lens flary version, and finally an introductory interview, as seen below.

Jay Graham on playing running back in the SEC: "You have more things (as a running back) that you have to do than any other position... but the number one thing, especially in this conference, is you have to be physical."

Jimbo Fisher on Graham: "Jay's been a tremendous coach. He is a great guy and a really good recruiter... a great family guy, and he understands what it takes to win in this league."
