Long from Fitch on the opposite, SMU takes the first set 25-27

Overall very happy with our play not having Stowers. Need to not let them score with as many soft hits going forward. And I think we will stop that area. As has been noted by others, need better defense on serve receive.

Musgrove solid overall that set. Pointing it out bc she got some heat on here Friday.

We should have got the block when it was 24-24. Losing that point was key.

Also want to note that Musgrove and Morris are having good serving days, pulling Beauford off her line frequently

This information sharing on Stowers "minor injury" and expectations for it here and from our program has been extremely poor.

Interesting as it is to us we are not really entitled to it, are we?

Correct. Just texting with people with people who spent their time and money making this trip over other things they could have done with that time and money. They feel a little mislead.

Nobody was mislead. Just unlucky.

I'm also unmoved so far, but she's a proven serving specialist when not setting so I'm willing to give her grace
