I've had a sore throat, and cough since this past Wednesday. Last night I started to experience more sinus type issues in my head along with an earache and fluid in one of my ears.

Looking at google I don't see ear problems listed with the covid. What say y'all? Not vaccinated and thinking I might go see my doc tomm to see what he thinks since this throat issue has dragged on for close to five days now.

I've had long term covid symptoms for 14 months and I almost always experience an ear ache and sore throat whenever I get the symptoms.

Wife tested positive today on an at home kit. She had severe sinus pressure and ear ache since tuesday flying back from Vegas. No fever at all the entire time.

I'm guessing it's the Delta variant since all the literature seems to say it is more up in the upper respiratory system than regulat Rona.

I had a stuffy ear in the days leading up to losing my taste and smell and testing positive. It was one of the reasons I convinced myself I didn't have covid, at least until I couldn't smell or taste anything. Then I got tested. This was back in December.

My ears are super sensitive, though. Flying tends to stuff them up, too.

Loss of taste and smell is what prompted my wife to get tested today.
