I mean, we all knew this (and should apply to all). Lets hope to see some policy changes as a result (for those out of TX and other science based states).

The CDC says that fully vaccinated or not, people do not have to wear masks outdoors when they walk, bike or run alone or with members of their household. They can also go maskless in small outdoor gatherings with fully vaccinated people.
They never "enforced" masking at our seats at Kyle this weekend nor really in the concourses. They may "require" it and read the messages, but I doubt even if they say mask, you will not have an issueBucketrunner said:
If they demand masks in Kyle this fall, they had better be ready to refund money to a lot of people.

infected and then recovered with natural immunity doesn't count apparently.
vaccine is only source of immunity full stop per the CDC it seems
I mean, I guess it's the first step from them in the righ direction, and I hope it gets updated more and more as numbers absolutely continue to plummet in Maynortex97 said:

I love the logic of "it is safe for fully vaccinated people to be around other people, but only if the group is small. Once you get over 10 people in a group, the vaccination magically stops working."

I don't disagree. And the damage done to confidence in public health officials is manifested as well in the vaccination uptake decrease. Stuff like this also just makes folks think the vaccines/return to normalcy can't happen.Biden Looking like A Fool With His Mask On For A Virtual Conference... pic.twitter.com/m1qO7CpXgW

The medical community leadership starting with the CDC and WHO played a major role in the distrust building.Infection_Ag11 said:This is the real problem. The amount of patient distrust and resistance to medical therapy, not just with covid related issues but across the board, has gone up dramatically in the last year. You start informing them of the benefits of vaccination and their Brian just shuts off and they no longer trust anything you say about any of their health conditions in some cases.
A grave disservice has been done to medicine and science in general over the last 6 months, when narratives many knew were questionable or false were being pushed anyway.

Gyms should never force masking. You are correct, that zero cases have been attributed after 1 incident back in March of 20 where a small cycling class in a closed room all close to each other in a circle. Since then, many gyms opened by the summer and never made masking mandatory and not one spreading event can be traced to a gym that wasn't masked up.P.U.T.U said:Prexys Moon said:
There have been several gyms that did not allow mask and have zero cases traced to their facility. Ian Smith's is one that never shut down and did not allow mask. Think in that time they have hundreds of thousands of people that have entered the gym
