NIL had nothing to do with leaving Peters in for the 7th, nor brining in Pannell. Other, more qualified options available. I'd be fine with moving on from Ford. But that won't happen.

I think she needs to shake up her coaching staff. Our bunting, base running and defensive alignments have been very troublesome.

They might be. I'm not into answering questions that are not known.

But what is known is they are a very solid team and we knew prior to the result they have a great pitcher and this would be a battle. Just last week they beat two teams back to back that are higher seeds than us, both having ace pitchers. In case you cannot figure out who that might be, Tech and Okie State.

Either team could win this one. And they won a very hard fought close one.

A solid team is one thing, but for them to whip our asses twice, at home, in a regional is pitiful. That's not even acceptable in a Super.

seems the more weight trish loses/hotter she gets, the worse her coaching is for it.

I don't know enough about who we could get and what it would cost but we just got completely throttled and run ruled in 5 innings by a Big 12 team. Embarrassing.

Venting today is justified. Venting yesterday was not as I have now pointed out twice.

Yep, she just doesn't have it for calling/managing pitchers. Time to hire a pitching coach and you work on recruiting.

Lack of ace pitching was clearly on display during the regional. Lessentine was very good in a backup role to EK in the past but for some reason was totally ineffective in critical situations at the end of this year. Pannell and Sparks didn't pan out. Good efforts from Peters and Munnerlynn. But the lack of offensive and defensive fundamentals was also on evident display, this did not look like a confident team that made key plays at the plate and in the field. But ASU did. If we need any additional evidence, ASU was not afraid to pitch to our slugger Perez, and they totally silenced her. I may have missed a walk but I believe her on base string was broken today;
