Kendall Rogers might not have heard it from Trev himself, but these things are almost never kept perfectly under wraps. I'm sure if Trev has started gauging interest from current coaches and agents that Kendall has received word from them himself due to his connections in the industry.

Of course it's not perfect, but it's not pure guess work like some of us here. His estimations will still always have a better chance of being true than almost any poster here, even if they have a connected source or two.

You can argue Kaeden improved because I do not believe Kaeden would have had the production he had the last 2 weeks of the end of the season if he played all season last year. This was Kaeden's first complete season.

Among new guys TK, Bear, Royo, McCoy, and Lyons were above expectations.

Met expectations was Henseler and Patton. Patton you can argue was above because he was the Sunday starter for 15 weeks and that just doesn't happen a lot.

Below expectations were Jace, Kash, and I hate saying that because I know Jace had too much pressure on him all year and Kash was hurt all season. Praeger was below expectations but he worked all season to finish strong.

Incomplete would be Farr, Wilson, and Freshcorn - freshman who got spun up and Wilson has been hurt. Freshcorn has had some good outings as of late and you can see it. He's a Chris Cortez starter kit.

I would have done the same because Farr is a higher rated prospect. He got his eyes working too fast. It happens. I still think Farr will end up being good. Royo wasn't even going to get on the field much then it happened.

People forget coach E hasn't even had the chance to fully recruit his own players yet. A few stayed, but after all the injuries and everything that happened post-CWS last year, he did the best he could with what he had and still kept them competitive.
Yeah, they got swept by a couple lower-tier teams, but that's baseball. Teams play down to their competition all the time, even elite programs lose games they shouldn't. The key is how you respond, and this group kept showing up and fighting.
They fought through the toughest conference in the country with a young roster, injuries, and a huge part of their fan base giving up on them at the start of the season. And more importantly, they fought for their coach. That says more about the culture than anything else.
