It was Bard. He almost fell down from a kneeling position throwing it back. In select ball, we had a pitcher/catcher, that when catching, could not throw it back. He either threw it into center field, or eventually started rolling it back.

Errors are really eating them up today.

She threw out Woolley on a steal yesterday (Woolley's first caught stealing of the year) and made a great throw to third.

I think she can gun it when she does not think about it, but if she has time to think, it gets in her head.

Why she walks to the circle and underhands to just hands it to the pitcher.

This is a very Veteran Auburn squad but they are making a lot of mistakes. Ags just putting the pressure on.

We had a big drop off in conference last year. Kramer was only hitter above .300 in conference (.311). But tougher teams so understandable but hope conference BA improves this year. Amari is showing she really missed starting. KP hitting like freshman year at UCLA. Hope these continue. Spots 6-9 in the lineup were outstanding in non-conference but really dropped off. Love to get it back.

Those conference only stats are interesting. I didn't realize KK and Mya had dropped off so much because it always seems like they are on base or getting a clutch hit. I did feel like Koko had struggled a little as of late.

Boy do we miss Cottrill behind the plate. Her bat compared to the current catchers.

Stats over a short period like this can be misleading. I doubt Amari leads the team in HR at the end of conference play. KK has struggled some but also had a few well hit balls that didn't fall. Her only hit is the homerun dead into the wind against Florida. On the other hand Mac has good number but until has had some bad at AB that fell for hit. Until yesterday she looked very out of sorts. Hopefully she returns to form and at the end of conference we see her at the top of HR table

I wish we played earlier today. I was ready to watch the next game as soon as I woke up this morning and now feeling impatient

A 5 game snapshot of stats during the season isn't going to be all that telling.

I agree about the catcher position, it's almost like we have an 8 bat lineup with an automatic out sprinkled in. It's the biggest weakness on the team and a legitimate issue that probably won't be resolved this year. I'm hoping Baldwin will grab the mantle and run with it at some point.
