Sure they're paid, and yeah this level of play is incredibly frustrating, but for grown adults to react like this is amazing to me. At the end of the day this is entertainment. If you're not entertained and not in a position to change things, turn the tv off. I'll never understand adults that waste their time crying online about something they can't change.

Well, the team needed a shake up and they needed someone to step up. Both has happened this weekend. They've lost their #1 ranking (and that doesn't really matter at this point). Multiple leaders stepped up tonight (and that is what matters).

Ive never yelled anything remotely close towards any athlete but I dont feel sorry for them either

I'm not a big donor, and I never will be. I don't believe in it. But when the ags made the finals last year, I booked an airbnb in an attic apartment, drove 900 miles in a 2009 Kia hatchback with poor alignment, stopping in the middle of a cornfield in Kansas to buy SRO tickets, to see something I'd been waiting over 35 years to see. Yeah, we came up just short, and by the time I'd finished driving back home through the night, our coach had left. But I got chills just thinking what it would be like to see the dog pile I've wanted to see more than any other team in any other sport (Rangers were second; it was almost an awesome year). Anyway, I'm just one dude who's seen a lot of Aggie baseball, and I don't ever want my voice to keep them from getting that dog pile someday, and Lord willing I'll be there to see it.

And yet the kids making money does not excuse the grown men in their mother's basement yelling obscenities at them.

It's just a game - that we choose to take seriously. It's more serious for the players who have their futures riding on the game much more than we do.

But I've never understood or tried to understand the people who take time to send ****ty dm's or comments directly to players.

Hope the players remember decent fans more than the Time Thieves who are just looking to waste their time with nonsense.
