- TK2 is legit, glad it's not my job to figure out how to keep him in the starting lineup when Sorrell comes back
- Galloway has the early lead for the catcher position, in my opinion
- Moss and Morton look much improved from last season
Isn't Bear a catcher? I think you're thinking Bergivin (sp)?GarryowenAg said:
I am out on Binderup in the lineup right now. Yes, he got a HR on Friday but he didn't look head and shoulders better than Bear. Albeit I'm not Earley and don't know how they've looked during practices, but I'd like to see Bear get more action to see how he plays. I'm glad we've got Kash as a backup to the backup if required.
Edit: Oh and I'm happy that Earley put in a bunch on bench guys when we went up 11-1 to give them real playing time. Who cares that we only won 12-6. Smart move on his part.

I missed the game today, who made the errors?
Elon opened last year (2024) in a series with Navy and lost 2 of 3.CCDadAG said:
3-0 for an opening series against a team that won their opening series last year against Kentucky & LaViolette is fast on his way to breaking the record. VERY glad to have baseball back!

We lost two in the sun today that we're routine pop ups with at least 3 players close enough to make the play when the ball hit the ground. Both should have been errors.
I just hope they get to play Tuesday ...bulverdeaggie93 said:
will be curious to see Tues lineup… some of those bench guys should get a few more AB's

Section 203 back with a vengeance. The Mustard kid from Elon may be scarred for life.

Orrrrrrrr when Sorrell is back move Kiel to LF and Kash to 1B. Lots of options for Kiel, Kash, Grahovac, and Henseler to move around if needed!
Kiel OF/2B
Kash LF/1B
Grahovac 3B/OF
Henseler 2B/3B
Honestly may depend on the productivity we get from Binderup or Bergevin.

Has Kash played 1b before?
I remember Teddy Two Bags was an all Big Ten second baseman then did a really good job at first for us.
