It will be interesting to see how we divide up ticket price vs required donation.

If the House settlement is approved, the ticket sales count in the revenue calculation for the cap on revenue sharing. Interesting question if we want to keep the revenue sharing small or make sure our cap is near the top.

I predict we'll have a 95+% renewal rate. I think they are increasing the prices each year so there isn't an enormous price increase once the stadium is complete. I'm expecting prices to double.
