Kent - steady diet of outside changes
Laviolence - definitely pitching around with in dirt curves
Appel - outside fast balls

Also, after 40+ years of watching baseball, I am still impressed by the speed and precision of double play turns between MLB and college. Granted, MLB players do not run 100% down 1st baseline every ground ball.
